All Products manufactured and *identified as qualifying for "Lifetime Warranty" by Mansfield Mustang are warranted to the original consumer to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product.
This warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been; (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or faulty repair; (c) when used in other than applications recommended by Mansfield Mustang.
Mansfield Mustang will not be responsible for: (a) actual or alleged labor, downtime, transportation or other incidental charges; or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product manufactured by Mansfield Mustang.
To initiate the warranty process the consumer must return the alleged defective product along with a copy of the original purchase receipt, prepaid to Mansfield Mustang.
If Mansfield Mustang determines that the product fails to conform to the warranty, it will either replace the product or refund its original purchase price, at the option of Mansfield Mustang.
Do NOT send products back to the selling dealer. All claims will be handled directly by Mansfield Mustang.
This Lifetime Warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state laws or provincial laws. This warranty supercedes all prior warranty statements. Inquiries concerning this warranty should be directed to:
